I signed up for a subscription mid season and didn’t realize I would only get to customize like 2 things. I did not like anything that was sent plus I still had to wait 3 months for it. I also ordered an extra item from their website and assumed it would come with the sub box. It didn’t and I had been waiting so long I forgot. And I was charged for it. It has been 4 months. Ridiculous
