Absolutely pathetic customer service
Absolutely pathetic customer service. Growatt device was malfunctioning so we sent it it to be fixed. They had to send it to islamabad to be fixed. They said it would be done within 5 business days but we got the inverter back 15 days later, even then, half the issue was unresolved. After talking to customer service, i was absolutely appalled at the casual laid back attitude of the agents, where even after having had my complaint open for 20+ days, they still had the audacity to misbehave with me for being outraged at their disgusting service. Kept on delaying fixing the issue. On friday, said it the AC connector will be dispatched on Saturday, on Satuday said Monday, On monday said Tuesday and on Tuesday said we'll dispatch it tomorrow. I am stuck because ive already bought the inverter but if there are other options, ALWAYS GO FOR THE OTHER OPTIONS
