Refund process completely failed due to Triple-A system errors
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Triple-A. After a payment issue with a merchant that uses Triple-A as its cryptocurrency payment provider, I was instructed to request a refund through Triple-A's refund system. I received the refund email and followed every step exactly as instructed. However, the refund form failed with a 403 error, stating that the form was expired or invalid before I could even submit my wallet address. I immediately contacted Triple-A support and followed every troubleshooting step they requested: Cleared browser cache and cookies. Used incognito mode. Tried different browsers. Tried different devices. Tried different internet connections. Nothing worked. I sent screenshots of the error and explained that the problem was clearly on their side, but after several days I still had no solution. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left waiting while my refund remained inaccessible. The most disappointing part was the lack of urgency. When a customer's money is blocked because of a failure in the company's own refund system, the issue should be treated as a priority. If your refund platform generates an invalid or expired form, customers should not have to wait days for someone to manually intervene. I hope Triple-A improves both its technical infrastructure and customer support because, based on my experience, the refund process is unreliable and unnecessarily stressful. I will update this review if my refund is processed and the issue is resolved.
