It is impossible to speak to a live person with Animoto. Went around and around for weeks with AI responses to a simple question and never could get an answer. I have a number of videos I have built on Animoto and the landing page will be some random page in the video. You cannot get an answer of how to correct it. I'm assuming they just haven't bothered to fix this issue. Absolutely the worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time.
