Great customer service
I bought the cooling blanket and a pillow. The blanket is amazing! But did not get the pillow. I sent an email inquiring about the pillow delivery. I received an email back within minutes. They said they would look into the issue or I could cancel the order. I decided to give them a chance. They came through and mailed me my pillow, which I haven't tried yet. I will be ordering more for my son and wife who just bought a house!
