Poor Support and Logistics
Order fulfillment took too long. Ordered an item a few minutes after it was released and when asked for an update on fulfillment, support said it had sold out. Furthermore the support experience was terrible. The live chat never had an agent online during the posted 9 AM to 5 PM PT hours and support took over a week to respond to any emails
