Customer Service Rep Avi is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable, get things done fast, step-by-step guidance is clear, very responsive to my questions. He resolved my problem activating my SIM that past 60-day limit within 10, 15 minutes the most. Then he guided me through activating the SIM with port-in option, and within half hour my phone is activated with infimobile. Everything is working so far, and it’s only been 45 minutes since activating. Signal is great where I’m at, price for the plan is very affordable. Thank you again Avi. You’ve been great.
