Great company and service; pillows weren't for me though
I'm a warm sleeper, so my search for a cool pillow led me to Dosaze. I ordered the therma cooling pillow that came with a free contoured orthopedic pillow. Ordering was easy and I got my pillows pretty quick. Smell outside the box was pretty minimal so I got to use/test my new pillows the next night. First up, the thermal cooling pillow. Coldest pillow to the touch for sure but the coolness dissipates really fast once laid on it (unlike my casper cooling pillow). Rolling over to the cool side fixes it but then I'm constantly moving it around just to stay cool. It slides alot too; with this, I decided it just wasn't for me. Next was the orthopedic pillow which was surprisingly very comfortable and light weight. The foam, though not as thick, was able to support my head and neck comfortably throughout the night. If it was a cooling pillow it would've been perfect so I ended up just rolling from side to side all night. Unfortunately I ended up using the risk free trial after 3 days to begin the return in which the support staff got back to me same day. I can see the refund pending on my account. Overall I'm happy with the experience and hope they have different products in the future that I can use. Just keep in mind, even though these didn't work for me, you may find that they work for you.
