Very unreliable
Very unreliable, charged after being told I wouldn’t be. I am extremely dissatisfied with Plixi. Before any money was withdrawn, I contacted their support because I was worried that they had my payment information. They responded quickly and assured me that my account and payment details were not connected to anything and that I did not need to worry. A few days later, Plixi withdrew the money anyway. This completely contradicts what their support team told me. I feel misled, and I find it unacceptable that I was given false reassurance and then charged afterwards. This experience has made Plixi seem extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. I now expect them to cancel everything connected to my information and give me a full refund.
