They are fake SCAMMERS
They are fake I paid for premium and they are to deliver 3k followers but my account has been same for weeks nothing happened, I contacted them for a refund they refused, they won’t deliver the 3k followers and they won’t give me back my money, don’t use them for your own good

I paid 22 pound ONLY for a basic Instagram boost plan. The website the proceeded to try to take just over 500 pound and took 36 pound from account!!! DO NOT USE THIS!!!
Terrible experience with Plixi.
Terrible experience with Plixi. I clearly emailed them on 1 July saying: “Please cancel my subscription.” Despite that, they continued charging me. Their explanation is that they sent another email asking me to confirm the cancellation, and because I didn’t respond to that second email, they decided to keep the subscription active and continue taking payments. I don’t see how a company can reasonably argue that a clear written cancellation request somehow doesn’t count unless you cancel it again. After I challenged the charges, they still refused to refund the money taken after my cancellation request and instead offered 50% of only the most recent charge as a “goodwill gesture.” The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. If a customer explicitly tells you in writing to cancel a subscription, that should be the end of it. Continuing to charge them and then hiding behind an unnecessary confirmation process is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend being very careful before giving this company your card details.

A scam
A scam. They supplied bot followers only, which adversely affected the Instagram account, despite saying they would not do this. AI customer support leaves you going in circles talking to a machine. Refused to refund despite paying for other services that they did not deliveryl at all. Specifically, $200 paid for several follower campaigns and boosts which, when completed, did not achieve a single follower or 'like'.

Do NOT use them. It is a complete scam. Their system is predicated on lies and deception and you do NOT get what you pay for. Their customer service is AI generated as we. I am doing everything I can do make sure this business doesn’t scam other people. ***UPDATE: After 3 emails I did negotiate with Plixi to refund my money down to a monthly subscription (1 month) instead of the annual discounted price. It's been a week with them, and I have to say the followers I'm getting from them are not as niche-audienced as I would have expected. It does attract low-level accounts but I will say say it's not completely under their control. Overall -- if you want a niche audience then this isn't awesome (it's fair at best); if you simply want followers and more traffic, then this is an option to trial.

DO NOT USE PLIXI, IT IS NOT WORTH IT. I know some would still go ahead but wish you all the best. I did and I saw hell. Poor-quality followers and refusal to refund after I requested cancellation My experience with Plixi was disappointing. The followers I received were not the quality I expected from a service advertising targeted and organic Instagram growth. Many of the accounts had no profile photos, very few followers, little or no activity and no meaningful engagement. Some disappeared shortly after following, so my total follower count kept reducing as new followers were added. I have previously run adverts directly through Instagram and received more relevant, genuine followers with better engagement. In comparison, I saw no real benefit from the Plixi service, which is why I decided to cancel. They still took my money and refused to cancel. They later offered to terminate the campaign immediately, but said I still would not receive a refund. This means I would either have to continue using a service I no longer want or lose both the service and the payment. Based on the quality of the followers I received, the difficulty I experienced cancelling and the refusal to refund the renewal charge, I would not recommend this service.

Very unreliable
Very unreliable, charged after being told I wouldn’t be. I am extremely dissatisfied with Plixi. Before any money was withdrawn, I contacted their support because I was worried that they had my payment information. They responded quickly and assured me that my account and payment details were not connected to anything and that I did not need to worry. A few days later, Plixi withdrew the money anyway. This completely contradicts what their support team told me. I feel misled, and I find it unacceptable that I was given false reassurance and then charged afterwards. This experience has made Plixi seem extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. I now expect them to cancel everything connected to my information and give me a full refund.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. They will claim they will tailor their service to your specific niche and drive real followers to your page. But if you check meticulously, all the followers you get are bot accounts. And for every 100 that you get, 30-40 will get deleted by Instagram anyway. If you try to bring your concerns to their 24/7 customer service, they will keep giving you the same scripted excuses, hoping you keep spending money in hopes your account gets better. DO NOT fall for their BS.
