However, the condition of the train was completely unacceptable. When I got on board, the train was extremely dirty and smelled very unpleasant. The seats were filthy, the carriage did not appear to have been cleaned properly, and the toilets were unusable. The whole train needs a proper deep clean and better maintenance.
