I like the product and workouts but...
I enjoy using the product and the workouts but wish the customer service was a little more communicative. They have been slow to update me when I have reached out with a concern or issue. The switch to the new website for the community has been interesting- some new rewards- but the interactions between members are less frequent, and the engagement system is a little missed. I do not post daily as I did, but when I do, I get one response, and you are unable to look at each other's profiles to find their posts.
