I order a garden hose holder from iToolMax. It took well over a month for the product to arrive. I tried to call them, but there is no functional US phone number that an actual person answers. I filled out a contact us form on their website, they did not respond, I sent an email with very specifical details (using their user/shipment guide) about the missing parts. The kept asking for more detail, including pictures of the box, the contents, the shipping label, etc. When they didn't respond, I filed a complaint with the Credit Card vendor. They disputed the charge stating the product successfully arrived. They later stated that they had sent the missing part, and provided a tracking number that doesn't show it was ever delivered. I asked the CC vendor to re-submit the dispute.
