Customer service experience
my experience with good cars customer service was honestly excellent. although it was kind of difficult on both ends, they continue to just dig deeper and give me the best service ever. They let me know that they’ll call me back and it wasn’t even within 30 minutes. They were able to give me a call back and successfully figured out what I was talking about, and they were kind and understanding and patient within the entire process.
