Super pleased with my experience! Very happy with the product, price, that I was able to get a rather small run, and the customer service was stellar. I actually made a mistake with my artwork and chose the wrong print color and they let me correct it no problem (during the proofing process) and even let me choose new base product colors to go with the new print color. They sent an extra approval/proof ticket to make sure I was happy with some of the possible blurry content (that I was aware of but I super appreciated the attention to detail!). AND they even ended up sending a few extra items in our order of koozies! :) The quality seems good, koozie colors bright. I liked the order and color selection process other than I thought it should have been easy to have been shown a digital mockup of the print color of my artwork on the products chosen (other vendors have that). That would have been really helpful.
