So I ordered a camera lens protector for my iPhone 17 pro max from magic john. I wanted their magnetic version and at total fault of my own I ordered a standard version not knowing they had more than one type. I just hit the link from the ad. Once I received my order I contacted MJ customer service and that's where the magic happened. The CS rep "Aly" not only sent me the correct item I wanted but also let me keep the original set that was sent to me!! So to say I was completely satisfied and made whole is an understatement. First class customer service all the way. In fact the only thing she asked of me was to leave this honest review. So this is me doing my part. Will def do business w Magic John again. This is a simple business 101 lesson. "The customer is always right... even when they are not". Anyway that's my true, factual, experience with magic john.
