Had an issue with the first installation on my wife’s IPhone. Contacted Magic John and they quickly sent a replacement. I did get the replacement screen protector installed with no problem. Would highly recommend the Gen 3 protector.

I’ve ordered several products from Magic John over the past few months, including screen protectors, phone cases and charging cables, and I’ve always been happy with my purchases. My most recent experience, however, really impressed me. I ordered a portable handheld fan, but after receiving it I realized that I had accidentally ordered the wrong version. There was absolutely no mistake on Magic John’s side — I simply selected the wrong model. What I actually wanted was the version that can also stand on a desk. I contacted customer support, explained the situation honestly and asked if there was anything they could do to help. To my surprise, they offered to send me the model I actually wanted completely free of charge. This was my mistake, not theirs, so I certainly didn’t expect this kind of solution. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. I’ve already been a happy Magic John customer, but after this experience I can confidently say that I’ll be buying from them again. Excellent service and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Customer Service I ordered a screen saver but unfortunately ordered the wrong one. I contacted the company, and they replied very quickly and were so helpful. iPhone Air screen protector
First of all their product is as advertised. Great phone protection. I have a case and screen protectors. Easiest install I’ve seen too. I ended up upgrading my phone to a larger one and asked Magic Jack if I could trade for the right size. They said not to worry about sending mine back and shipped out replacements… for free! Amazing customer service right there. Well done. Permanent customer.

I purchased the car phone mount and gen 3 screen protectors. the products are high quality and I am happy with my purchase. I did have to reach out to support for a small issue but they responded quickly and I was very satisfied with the level of support provided. no issues and would definetly purchase from magic john again!

The screen protectors are amazing! The second order i placed I made a mistake ordering the wrong screen protectors for my phone so i emailed the customer service team, i quickly got a reply back and they were going to sort it out for me and send me a new one free of charge. The customer service was great
The customer service was great, fast response and resolved the issue. I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector for my phone, and within short time resonse from customer service and a replacement with the correct product is on the way, free of charge. The screen protector is durable and the fitment is good with no noticeable edges. Have been using these screen protector products for several phones and smart watches.
