Was sent an email with tracking information, asked me to verify my identity then received an email from a completely different company Zen-Flow which resulted in an unwanted subscription which activates in 24 hours. Emailed Zen-Flow to advise to cancel. Then received an email advising me a response will be sent out in 24 hours by which point the subscription would have started. An absolute con.

The support team was helpful, I’d ordered the wrong size screen protector, reached out about it, and they’d had the correct size shipped out without hassle very quickly. The screen protector applicator was awesome, went on easily, no air bubbles just as advertised. My screen protector lasted less than 3 months before getting a crack all the way from the left to right side. I don’t know what caused it. Admittedly, I’m not obsessively cautious with my phone, but with the advertisements hitting the screen protector with an “axe” and other similar demos, I’d expect to have had at least a moment of “that seemed bad, I bet the screen is cracked” instead of “where did that come from?” Since my experience is mixed with some great items and the seemingly poor duration, went with a three star review.

I got it after almost 2 weeks of waiting and was very exited to open it. I open the box to see the fan and peal off the plastic protective covering on the center of the fan for it to almost fall off. Inside the glue was all melted and that may be from the UK summer heat or due to how recently it was manufactured. The cooling didn't work at all though the fan is still very powerful and rather handy. Despite these issues I still am happy with my product though they clearly need to ensure all of their products are stable, put together, fully functioning and complete.

Very handy customer service and very efficient with resolving any issues, only downside is the thick tinted screen that makes some gaps harder than others but seeing how that’s the only downside for a very good screen protector, I say it’s worth it!

If there were more stars I would put them, my experience with magic john team was more than I anticipated, i ended up purchasing the protective back part with magnetic lenses and realized I picked the wrong color I notified via email asap and they corrected it so quickly not even a day delayed from my tracking and I got the correct purchase, the cover is absolutely sturdy enough to protect this new I phone and the magnet lenses are strong with no nudging. Super happy.
