Started buying otterbox products many years ago for fishing,hunting,outdoor use before you were in cell phone covers.prior experience with all your products has been great no failures all excellent .3rd cell phone case no others compare to your product and reputation.
I have used OtterBox for years without issues. This time when I upgraded my phone, my new OtterBox defender did not come with a holster. Instead there was a paper saying I could get a “Free” one. I ordered the free holster, but was then charged .31 cents. Tried to pay the .31, but the site would not let me pay less than .50 cents. I returned to the site and ended up buying lens protectors for both mine and my wife’s phone. So, my free holster cost me $32… This is unethical and a scam. Didn’t see another way to get my “Free” holster though… Will likely be the last thing I buy from OtterBox. Shape up guys. You are better than this.
The phone case does not fit properly in the holster

I like the newer Symphony case. The previous one I just bought was too slippery and increased the chance of me dropping the phone (which I did). However, I discovered the charger plug in the case is too small for non-Apple branded cords, such as the Simple brand with a big fat gold/bronze collar that doesn't allow the plug to be fully inserted into the case. With past phones, I never had to worry about capability of cables and cases. Now I've spent over $100 for corrected case, cables and screen savers for the iphone 17. Not happy.
I've always trusted the OtterBox Defender series, and this case lives up to the reputation. It feels durable, offers excellent protection, and fits my phone perfectly. My biggest complaint isn't the case itself, but the purchasing process. I use a belt clip religiously, and the Defender no longer comes with one in the box. Instead, I had to wait for the case to arrive by first-class mail, use the included coupon code, and then place a separate order for the belt clip and wait again for that to arrive. While I appreciate that the belt clip is free with the coupon code, there should be an option during checkout to request it at the same time as the case. It would save customers an extra order and another shipping delay. Great product, but the process could definitely be improved.
It was super simple and there were plenty of sales
Purchased a vacuum can holder. Works as promised to hold 12oz, 16oz and skinny 12 oz cans. Keeps my drinks cool out in the sun, and is lightweight. Cost, shipping, etc. were all reasonable. And delivery from UT to MA was speedy - shipped same day as ordered.
The website was easy and the layout was nice.
I got the wrong case ( it wasn't even close to what I ordered). I talked to 2 people on the phone and 2 by chat and it was a disaster. I had people saying the case was coming, others saying I was getting a refund, a shipping confirmation for another wrong case, and finally I thought we got it sorted out. I literally just got a shipping notification for a case for a phone NO ONE in my house has. I am calling my credit card company in the morning as this is ridiculous and incompetent ok so many levels.
The holster doesn’t hold the phone very well. It fell on out twice. I can’t use it
I have always used your company since I’ve had a iPhone recently I tried another brand of iPhone cases and I dropped my phone and the screen cracked I will never use another brand again as long as I used otter box I have dropped my phone many times and it never got broken
Great product providing security for my phone.
I have had an s series Galaxy phone since the Galaxy S6. I've tried on other cases. This is the only one that guarantees their product. And I've had my phone fall off roofs on to driveways this is my experience. I won't buy anything except for the defender from otterbox , for all of my phones. They even have ones for those flip phones. Very ingenious also adds a level of water protection , other products just ignore. And when they mean lifetime guarantee, they'll get it to you. In fact, in two days for free. When you call you get a person who loves to work that they do , you can just tell.
