I will never use CJ Dropshipping again.
I will never use CJ Dropshipping again. My experience was terrible from start to finish. Shipping was painfully slow, and when my sample finally arrived, I discovered the product was completely unusable because it required a specific adapter that wasn’t included and isn’t even sold by CJ Dropshipping. This wasn’t made clear in the listing, leaving me with a product that couldn’t be used. Thankfully I ordered a sample before listing it in my store. If I had sent this directly to a customer, it would have damaged my reputation and cost me money. Based on my experience, the whole process felt misleading and came across like a scam. Selling products that customers can’t use without a required part that you don’t provide or sell is simply unacceptable. There are far better dropshipping suppliers that are transparent about their products and deliver a much better customer experience. I won’t be using CJ Dropshipping again, and I can’t recommend them to anyone who values their business or their customers.
