Lies and Delays - with no discount!
Their online layout tools are horrible and took forever. I placed my order and it gave an estimated delivery of the 28th. The 28th came and still no book. Logged in and the date had quietly changed to the 30th. I asked their robot chat if there was a delay, and it assured me there was not. The I finally got a human they confessed that there had been delays that they hid from me--and that it would be the 3rd of next month, not the 30th. I asked me for an upgrade to faster shipping and they declined, but had the audacity to offer it to me at an extra cost. I will be refuting the charge with my bank, but this whole process has been horrible and made me out to be a liar with my client, who I am having to explain delays to. Would not recommend.
