Returning an item with this company is IMPOSSIBLE!
Returning an item with this company is like the sobriety test in The Man With Two Brains (Steve Martin) Everytime you answer a question after you send a request for a RMA for the return, they send more questions. I have been trying to send back the wrong parts for 3 weeks now. Waiting for the next question they ask. Update: Now they will only let me return parts that are over $8.00 they say. None of my parts were under $8.00. Insane. Of course they make you pay return shipping even though their website description was inaccurate on part fitment. There are plenty of OE Nissan part websites to choose from, don't make the mistake I made and chose this one.
