FALSE ADVERTISING
FALSE ADVERTISING So, I ordered an over priced tumbler that I wanted to make my daily tumbler. I don't get into that normally but I loved the concept and design but the main company who patent the design has too much branding all over it and I didn't like it. So I over paid for the brandless sharper image version. They didn't ship it or contact me for 2 weeks, when I reached out it was like they knew nothing about it. Then I get an email 1 week after that saying they are drop shipping me a Splitflask with all the branding on it I didn't want which was $25 cheaper and I could have had it 2 weeks ago. If I wanted that I would have ordered that, so I had to fight for another week to get a refund for the difference of their over priced tumbler, and the Splitflask one. Then I also spent that week without any responses telling them not to even send the Splitflask version but they did anyways, I wanted a full refund and Splitflask informed me during this time that they own the design and everyone that they make comes with the excessive branding no matter what so the product Sharper Image is selling does not exist.
