Poor Quality
Ordered a small bowler hat. When it arrived it was definitely a large hat It is of a very poor quality ( reminds you of something you would buy at a party store). When I inquired about returning the hat, they said I could pay to return it or keep it and receive 10% of my money back they advertise a money back guarantee no questions asked but they don’t tell you up front that you will be paying for the return.
