Inflatable Dock - Poor return Policy
Follow-up to Reply. Days after I completed this Review i received a a long deployed reply which, in essence said ‘we have denied your request for relief or return of your damaged product’. The reply (below) would leave an unsuspecting customer thinking that Garvee was going to resolve the problem. So much for “Easy Returns” claims on the site. Beware! Original Review; On 6/20/2026 I was excited to received a 6’x8’ Inflatable Dock from Garvee. I inflated it on my lawn as was pleased with the product but immediately saw a 1/4” gash through the outer vinyl layer near the fill valve. I contacted Garvee as they advertise ‘easy return policy’ and had many message exchanges with Customer Support offering me a mere $15 then $20 refund. Finding that unacceptable, I received a notice that the matter was ‘escalated’ for resolution on 7/20/206 and have heard nothing back! I never. Used the product despite it being a summer accessory. Very, very disappointed with Garvee and would not recomend them at all.
