Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible! I had an issue when the price of a solar generator increased when I got my invoice after the purchase. The price of the item in the cart was less than what I was charged. I tried multiple times trying to talk to customer service. It was always busy. I tried the chat option. It’s AI generated. I explained my situation. It said it would honor the price that was shown in my cart. It said it would be rectified within 48 hours. Over 2 weeks later, I still haven’t seen a credit back to my credit card.
