Trulieve
I would truly rate Trulieve as a complete ZERO. I have worked for this organization and in the attempt to grow into a billion dollar industry they stopped caring about their employees. Upper level corporate management leader speak with their staff members with complete disrespect. Employees are treated like second class citizens. They drain you of your blood sweat and tears and then will chew you up and spit you out without an ounce of care. My leadership team and direct manager Jhakira Russell completely lied about me in order to terminate my position after another lie he told to cause discord with myself and my business partner. When the truth came to light between me and my partner we were both terminated without real cause. This case was never investigated and provided documented proof. We were never asked our perspective or able to provide a statement of facts. We were just thrown in the trash like no one in this establishment ever cared for us. We even reached out to the company owner to verify a thorough investigation took place and receive cookie cutter responses stating it was!!! HOW??? When we were never interviewed. When I asked Jhakira the reason for termination he got all flustered and hung up on me without providing any valid information. This organization micromanages and bullies. If you are not connected to the right people you might as well kick rocks.. a THEY DO NOT CARE 💔 The sad part about this story is… guess what department we worked in??? HR (Human Resources) so while we know the rules and laws they will throw you away anyway because the little guys has no way to fight back. Everything about this event was deeply shady and full of lies and NO ONE helped us or came to our defense. This company will never get another penny from me and I recommend anyone reading this review boycott Trulieve and don’t give them your money as they do not care about people just the bottom line💔
