To open an business account it has been 14 days and no response
I applied to open a business account on July 17, and it has now been 14 days without a meaningful response or status update. I followed up Thrice by phone to request the documents needed for signature, and after completing the signing, I again received no response. When I called for an update, I was told that a message had been sent to the relationship manager and that I would receive a call back. I was also advised to open an account with Bank of America. Based on this experience, I would not recommend opening an account with them.
