Original Watches, Incredible Service
Honestly,I picked this company out of curiosity. My husband doesn’t normally wear watches. He actually only owned one, a military compass watch he only wore during deployments. I had seen a few ads for Original Grain, and thought, “Who really buys stuff from a Facebook ad?” But then I kept seeing them more. I couldn’t help but seeing how beautiful and different they looked. So, I figured I’d try one. I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did. Now, he’s almost never not wearing a watch. That’s all he asks for. Valentine’s? Watch. Anniversary? Watch. Christmas? Maybe 2. He has a total of NINE watches now. Our two oldest sons each have one. My dad has one. My youngest will when he’s old enough. These aren’t just watches. They’re art. Beyond that, if you ever need customer service help, it is top tier. And I mean Penthouse Level top tier. They will stop at nothing to make sure you’re satisfied. I’ve only had two issues (neither of which were through their fault), yet they fixed both issues promptly and to my satisfaction. They’ll always have a customer with us.
