I own four Original Grain watches

I own four Original Grain watches, and appreciate each and every one for its originality and distinctive look. And they keep great time! I experienced a minor issue with one of them, contacted customer support and was immediately contacted by Mr. Vladimir to solve the issue. The company definitely stands by their products. David

Fast service

Fast service. Beautiful timepiece and accurate movement

Poor warranty and no service dept

I was given a custom engraved whiskey barrel solar powered watch 2 years ago and it died after about 22 months in occasional/rotational service. My watch smith (Rolex/Seiko certified) says the movement died and needs replaced. I contacted OG and they offered a watch replacement for $140 shipped. They don't have a service dept. to repair the original watch and wouldn't replace it with the same model to use the custom engraved back plate. The watch is cool but poor customer service and no service ability puts this watch in a disposable category. Not good for a $400 purchase.

I’ve been a customer since the beginning. I own quite a few watches and every single one has been great. Recently I had issues with one and reached out and they addressed my concerns within a few days and I couldn’t have asked for a better solution. I can’t recommend Original Grain enough to work, friends, and family. Quality!

I have an extended collection of Original Grain watches and enjoy every one of them. I have given them as gifts to my entire close family, and they agree with me that they are stunning in design and keep excellent time. The customer service is outstanding, and they respond within minutes with great service in mind. I am also a believer in sustainable materials and agree with there efforts to replace what they use.

I own (2) of these incredible watches, but the Esspreso Whisky piece is a fantastic watch that has become my daily watch. It covers all the boxes. Thanks Ryan B. & Andrew B. Ease of ordering

The quality is garbage.

I have an original founders watch from your Kickstarter and it’s been running beautifully. I bought my son and wife watches last year. My son‘s watch broke and died about a month after I gave it to him engraved and everything a beautiful gift from his father. My wife’s watch just died that was purchased last November for her birthday. The secondhand fell off the watch in an attempt to make cheaper watches you have devalued your product substantially from the shitty new clasp to close the watches to the failure in the movements repeatedly. do better.

Original Watches, Incredible Service

Honestly,I picked this company out of curiosity. My husband doesn’t normally wear watches. He actually only owned one, a military compass watch he only wore during deployments. I had seen a few ads for Original Grain, and thought, “Who really buys stuff from a Facebook ad?” But then I kept seeing them more. I couldn’t help but seeing how beautiful and different they looked. So, I figured I’d try one. I can’t tell you how glad I am that we did. Now, he’s almost never not wearing a watch. That’s all he asks for. Valentine’s? Watch. Anniversary? Watch. Christmas? Maybe 2. He has a total of NINE watches now. Our two oldest sons each have one. My dad has one. My youngest will when he’s old enough. These aren’t just watches. They’re art. Beyond that, if you ever need customer service help, it is top tier. And I mean Penthouse Level top tier. They will stop at nothing to make sure you’re satisfied. I’ve only had two issues (neither of which were through their fault), yet they fixed both issues promptly and to my satisfaction. They’ll always have a customer with us.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company! I was ordering a watch as a gift and was in a rush. I accidentally forgot to select expedited shipping, and as soon as I realized my mistake, I emailed customer service. To my surprise, they responded within minutes, corrected my order, and made sure it was shipped in time. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, the watch arrived before I needed it. The watch was beautiful and great quality

Exchange

I ordered my fiancé's ring a while back and realized he needed a different size. Genesis helped me get an extension on the exchange, and the whole process was unbelievably easy. Watch broke and replaced!

I have the whiskey barrel watch and the time setting dial broke. Zero hesitation, they took care of me and sent me a replacement. Talk about customer service! In 2026, just amazing.

I have been trying since 6/7/2026 to…

I have been trying since 6/7/2026 to get an issue resolved. I purchased a watch for my husband and it doesn’t work. Original Grain has requested a video of the watch not running before they will work with me. I have made multiple attempts to send the video for some reason their system doesn’t accept a video recorded on an iPhone 16. I have sent the video by email and Dropbox as requested and no response. To require a video to document that the watch doesn’t work seems a bit much. I just want to return the useless watch and have it replaced.

Great product and customer service

I am so happy with Original Grain and the watches I have bought from them. I have purchased a few watches for myself as well as some as gifts. I have been wearing the watches I bought for myself for about 7 months now, and couldn't be more satisfied. Perfect timekeeping and absolutely stunning in design. The watches I purchased as gifts have all been well received. Additionally, I had some questions about the function of the auto winder models, and have gotten great customer service responsiveness. Keep up the great work - you have an amazing product!

One of my best customer experiences…

One of my best customer experiences ever! I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday, he liked it but it was similar to one he already had. I completed the steps to return it, and mailed it back via USPS. The watch ended up getting lost in transit. I reached out to Original Grain support not knowing if there was much they could do to help me. The amazing Vladimir responded that they would issue a return in full. So wonderful and unexpected! They took a frustrating situation and turned it into a great customer experience. I hope to purchase another watch from them in the future, not every company handles these types of situations with such integrity and respect. Well done team!
