"SHORTING THE COLOR IN THE BOTTLES"
First off, I really liked the product a couple years ago but started having problems with the last two cans. The cans seem to be getting " shorted" on the color and only developer coming out. Customer service told me this was normal and I said " You can not do anything with just developer"! They would only offer me 50% off a can. I said I would take my business elsewhere. Started out good but I think to increase their profit margin they are shorting the color. I even sent pictures and they didn't care. To much competition out there to not keep people happy.
