I could not believe how easy it was to communicate with BetterMe customer service. I emailed them and got a response within minutes. The CS reps. were prompt in replying and not only resolved my issue, they offered me a deal I could not refuse, which was to extend my access to BetterMe due to their understanding of a light injury I was recovering from. I am so grateful for BetterMe's understanding and generosity.
