After using the tool only one time, I was charged six separate $40 fees totaling $240, on top of the $8 monthly subscription. What happened: Without showing me a clear pricing screen, without any confirmation step, and without sending a single email notification, the platform built a prototype, made it live, and began billing my checking account for “hosting hours” at an extremely high rate. The invoices only describe the charges in terms of hosting hours — something that was never explained or disclosed during the sign-up process. This feels deeply deceptive. I would never have agreed to that pricing model if it had been presented clearly up front. Hidden usage-based charges that trigger automatically with no warning, no opt-in, and no notification cross the line into unfair billing practices. I am requesting a full refund of the $240 and will be disputing the charges with my bank if necessary.
