I would give this company NO STAR if it had been an option. I have repeatedly requested information from Trovehand on how to return items. I also requested a shipping label to send clothing items back to them. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Stay clear of this company as they have absolutely no quality customer service. They don't respond to numerous messages.
