DO NOT BUY FROM SOLE! I ordered a Sole F85 treadmill over two months ago and still don't have a treadmill or a refund. The first one arrived severely damaged. After weeks of trying to reach the returns department (which only communicates by email), a replacement was finally sent—only for the shipping company to refuse delivery because it was also severely damaged. Now I'm still waiting to hear back about my refund request. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with poor customer service, slow response times, and a completely dysfunctional returns process. I would never buy from Sole again.
