$1 offer led to an Unexpected $39 Monthly Subscription
I recently experienced back pain and came across Newmindstart’s ad on a Facebook Reel offering stretches and exercises to help with back pain for just $1. The ad I saw did not clearly mention a trial period or that I would be signing up for a monthly subscription. I purchased the $1 exercise program, and three days later I was charged $39 for a monthly subscription. I contacted Newmindstart and asked for a refund, explaining that I was not aware of the trial period or subscription. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me, saying that once the subscription is activated, the payment is non-refundable. After looking through the reviews here, I see that other customers have reported similar experiences. Newmindstart, there’s no need to respond with the same explanation you’ve given to other complaints. In my opinion, the $1 advertisement is misleading because the subscription terms were not clear to me at the time of purchase. Please be very careful before purchasing this $1 offer and make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for.
