Absolutely horrible!
Absolutely horrible!! Had a recurring payment on a service I only agreed to use once. Despite me contacting them, Pay Pal kept refunding me than re-paying the merchant again and again after I had canceled the service. Then put the onus on me to give them more and more information. I attempted to cancel my account SIX months at least after the issue was still not resolved and was only offered to 'escalate it to the back office' then asked me to keep checking my email for the result. On top of that, they sent me a credit card I never wanted nor asked for. I canceled it last September 2025, It is now August 2026 and I found an email in my junk folder that it was still active! IDK where this company went wrong. I used them for 22 years confidently. I am a nurse so please trust I am not in the business of a 'revenge' review. DO NOT USE THEM. If I can save anyone from going through an exhausting, unnecessary experience as I have, I will. They 100% side with sellers and scam their customers. I'm wondering if they get kick-backs at this point.
