7th Avenue and team are Great - FedEx not so much
Everything about the process with 7th Avenue was top notch, and Erick, my expert assembler, was fantastic help in moving boxes and setting up exactly where I wanted the couch, even offering a few tips on changing the covers when my original color ships. The only thing that could be improved in the process is working with FedEx for shipping and delivery logistics. The FedEx piece of this journey was an absolute nightmare with scheduled delivery, and I hope 7th Avenue finds a better partner for the last leg. My 7th Avenue support contacts were warm and supremely helpful in untangling fedex’s mistakes, and Erick was very professional and efficient for assembly. If FedEx was not part of the equation this is an easy 5 stars. 5 stars for 7th Avenue team - 2 stars for FedEx.
