They changed my plan without authorization
I’ve been with them for a little over a year. The product I signed up for is an annual fee and they ship my product every quarter. That reminded me to put it on when it got here. They decided to update their policy and shipped me a whole year of product that now I have to figure out where to put it and remember to apply it. They didn’t talk to me about changing my contract before they auto renewed. When I called Hailey said we can cancel your subscription and you have no support for the rest of the year or we can change you to the quarterly renewal which is significantly more expensive for the service that I agreed to get in the first place. She said I’m sorry you’re unhappy but I’m not going to argue with you about our business. I hate that they changed my auto renewal without permission. Now they will send me a single text message. I have ADHD this is going to be a mess.
