If I could have given a negative, I would. The live agent in the chat room directed me to phone representative. Phone representatives just hang up on me for NO REASON, and my problems remain unaddressed. Don't trust the rewards shown up on their app's home page. You won't get any rewards back, and no rep is going to address your issues.
