I received interesting and good marketing material in the mail. I liked the direct mail style—sophisticated and well designed. I responded via QR code to check out details. Then I got a call. I disnt respond to the call but Adrienne also texted me. It was easy to respond to the text. Then we talked after a few texts. Then emails with details. I appreciate the patience during the process
