frustrating and disappointing
I am unable to update the email address on my EA account because I no longer have access to the email currently on file. Although I can log into the account successfully, any attempt to update my information triggers two step verification and sends a security code to the inaccessible email address. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but their "recovery" sends a 2 step verification to that same email I can't access. EA’s support process appears designed to repeat scripted responses rather than actually solve problems. Customers should not have to open multiple cases, explain the same issue over and over, and still be left without a resolution.
