Pure waste of money, any game you buy from this company is a scam, over promise and under dealiver, same game reskined for 3 years, other games such as f1 trashed by ea, they broke the ai and since then the games been horrible to play and another reskin. Ban appeal case #251133345 stuck in "Waiting on Studio" for over 1 month
My EA account was suspended. I submitted appeal case #251133345 on July 25, 2026. Since then, the status has remained "Waiting on Studio" with ZERO substantive updates for over 30 days. I have never used cheats, and at the exact time of the ban I was not even in a multiplayer session — technically impossible to cheat under those circumstances. I am a loyal EA customer planning to purchase Battlefield. This indefinite silence from the ToS team is unacceptable. I respectfully request EA Terms of Service team to either provide evidence of the alleged violation, or lift the suspension. Case #251133345.

I tried to reach out to ea tonight to bam a player who called me several inappropriate words in a game when I tried to log into my account they plain up said my password wasn't valid. Apparently this company hates banning people so if you ever want someone reported just know they won't let you because they are too lazy to deal with it.

Absolutely ridiculous that a company worth $7.46 billion USD can’t run a basic phone helpline. Live chat is painfully slow, agents are zero help, and you get generic replies instead of actual answers. They make billions but refuse to invest in proper support. Avoid — you’ll waste hours getting nowhere.
Account was emptied oud, support unavailable
Account was hacked, friends removed, username changed, all games removed. Tried to contact support, but the AI chatbot was a complete moron. Finally get into a flow to create an actual support ticket, needed te verify my e-mailadress via a code. No mail with a code ever arrived. Tried ad least 10 times. EA Games are complete criminals! I will never ever buy anything from them again. Would have loved to give them a negative score here, but it isn't allowed.
Banned From the Transfer Market, Despite Legitimate Trading
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with EA SPORTS FC 26. The main reason I played Ultimate Team was trading on the Transfer Market. I spent hours over several weeks buying players and items at lower prices and reselling them for profit so I could build my team. EA first removed my coins for alleged “coin distribution,” even though I did not buy or sell coins, use bots, transfer coins between accounts, or use third-party services. I appealed several times and even submitted video evidence showing the legitimate trading method I was using. I was then banned from using the Transfer Market. I repeatedly asked EA to explain which specific transaction or trade they believed broke the rules, but my appeals were rejected without giving me that explanation. The Transfer Market was the main reason I bought and played the game, so losing access to it has completely taken away my reason to play. My warning to other players is this: if trading and making most of your coins through the Transfer Market is a big part of why you play, I would think carefully before buying the game. Based on my experience, I traded heavily, made good profits legitimately, and still ended up being sanctioned for coin distribution without being told which specific trade supposedly broke the rules. I cannot prove why this happened, but the experience has left me wondering whether players who become very successful at making coins through trading can be wrongly flagged, while the game also encourages spending money on FC Points and packs. Whatever the reason, legitimate traders should not be punished without a clear explanation of what they actually did wrong. After this experience, I won’t be pre-ordering the next FC game. I just wanted to play the Transfer Market legitimately and receive a clear explanation if EA believed I had broken a rule.

my apex account perma banned and nuked becuase i called someone a "dumbass" after he said he was going to rape me and my mother. i did multiple appeals and they changed my words around closed the case, after so much time and money i put in, i get disrespected and robbed.

The reason I’ve been writing these horrible reviews about your company is because, out of nowhere, I got temporarily banned because I was arguing or joking with someone else. I honestly don’t even know what happened. I tried explaining it through multiple appeals, but they just keep responding with what feels like an automated response, like I’m talking to an AI instead of an actual person. On top of that, customer service is so ASS. It’s honestly ridiculous. There’s basically no way to get someone to actually look into your situation and help you. I’ve been playing EA games for years, and I’ve never had an experience like this before.

BE CAREFUL! SCAM COMPANY ALERT! The publisher EA can ban your account out of nowhere, and will NOT respond themselves apart from sending automated bot responses. My account got "banned" for literally no reason, I cannot use any of the products I bought for MY OWN MONEY, and there is absolutely no explanation whatsoever. Even in the section where it should say what caused the ban, it says "no bans found in this account". Emailing, calling, contacting live customer service does literally nothing. My bought products are locked out and money is lost. SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY!

Despicable and disgusting practices
My eafc 26 account was suddenly banned from any transfer related activity ie buying or selling anything. according to an email received by them I am guilty of selling or buying coins from someone who isn’t them……… I have never done this in my life. I have been playing their football games for over 20 years. I only play squad battles on their current game, never play other people online and yet here we are……… absolutely vile behaviour given that I have never done anything wrong let alone what they have banned me for I raised an appeal immediately and am awaiting a response 18 hours later Beware, they expect you to play by their rules and if you do, they could still ban you! After this despicable behaviour, I am very unlikely to buy any of their games in the future!

I cannot say worse things about this company and I regret ever giving them money. I lost access to the e-mail associated with my account and couldn't do password recovery. Apparently, they also DISABLED my account without any notice, due to inactivity - what the hell does that even mean and have to do with anything?! I bought the games, I should be able to have access to them whenever I please. There's no way to reactivate the account, but if you don't have access to your original email, you can't. Terrible business practices.
Unauthorized Account Linking and Complete Disregard for Legal Proof of Purchase
I recently purchased Need for Speed Heat on Steam. Without my explicit consent, EA's broken backend system automatically linked my Steam account to an old EA account that does not belong to me, simply because the EA app was previously left open on my PC. When I contacted EA Support to fix this automated error, it was a complete nightmare. I provided my 17-digit Steam ID, the Steam Transaction ID, and the official Steam purchase invoice proving I am the legal owner of both the game and the Steam account. Despite providing unquestionable legal proof of purchase, the support agents acted like copy-paste robots. They refused to unlink my Steam account, demanding verification for an EA account that I repeatedly stated I do not own and have no access to. They essentially held my third-party platform (Steam) hostage due to their own system's flaw. As someone whose schedule is extremely tight due to intensive preparations for a major national public service exam, having hours of my valuable time completely wasted by a support team that ignores official legal invoices is absolutely unacceptable. EA's policies prioritize rigid, broken protocols over consumer rights, common sense, and legal ownership. They offer zero real support.

Bought bf6 because of rush and small map game modes. (Which was advertised, and still is btw). Then EA/Dice went on to completly remove them from custom search. 4 freaking seasons into the game. Talk about shit game directors who doesnt even know their own playerbase. Uninstalled and would refund this shit if their whole support page wasnt ai slop. Never buying an EA game again shit company.
