Players expressed deep frustration regarding unexpected account bans, unfair game mechanics, and software application issues that disrupt their playtime.
Some reviewers were happy with older titles from the company, remembering enjoyable times playing previous versions of these popular video games. They appreciated the historical quality of these older releases before noticing a decline in recent years.

Absoloutely horrible, ai defending is way too op, ai attacking is crazy uncreative, the script in almost every game is absoloutely absurd, and trust me, theres more. Im not even hating just to hate, but i genuinly think this is the worst fifa ever and not just that it’s propobaly the worst game i’ve ever played in my WHOLE LIFE. Don’t buy this game, its absoloutely horrendous.
Electronic arts is the worst gaming company out there.
Electronic arts is the model after which evil corporation is made in science fiction. They try to sell, sell, sell everthing. At the same time they never fix the bugs in their games. Battlefield 6 is after 9 months still full with bugs that makes the game unplayable at times. They care more about moderating players language than fixing the games.
If there was a way to give 0/5 I F***ing would. I have a very simple issue, a super simple issue, my account email got deleted by Xfinity (it was one of the old comcast emails) and I cannot recover my account. Tell me why I am now on hour 2 of trying to resolve this issue.
First and foremost the Initial articles could not assist me; not a real problem but this is where things get stupid. So it first sends me to an AI bot that needs me to repeat everything five times. When I finally get fed up and start typing in "Live Representative" it sends me to a chat that does not work.
I look online for an email; nope! A phone number? Nope! The two pieces of advice I got from my internet search while waiting for an agent to message me back is "hit them up on twitter" and "use incognito mode". So I try to use incognito mode; NOPE! GOTTA LOGIN!
So I make an account just to get assistance in icognito mode and still no service. I just need 5 minutes of help. Guess I can go f*** myself.
WOW! what a terrible company. Somehow my xbox has been linked with an @emlhub email address, which ive never heard of, and after a quick search it seems pretty common.
I thought, ahh OK ill just contact them, impossible, no email, no live chat, no socials chat, just a rubbish AI bot that can only ask for the email (which i dont know, thats the problem) or what game im playing, just goes round in circles. Judging by there 1 star rating on here, they dont give a F about the customer, i will not be buying any EA game ever again. absoulote shambolic company.
I despise this company bought fc26 at launch I haven't even been able to play online the whole time it's simply will not let you I've tried everything Million times but more then anything what annoys me is that they ea get your money then bail they have done nothing I spend money on a game that has caused nothing but stress they have zero integrity and cannot create a game without bugs all over you literally cannot complain get your money back or anything they just refer you to group conversation were other people are having the same issues they do not care ignorant and the EA anti cheat is literally a spiteful mechanism to stop people from making the game playable as soon as another football game comes out I'm playing that and will actively abandon the game and company even if the new football isn't as good lazy greedy scapegoat machines that ea you got money and in an entire year I got nothing 50 hours of game time it says that's all trouble shooting the cheek the manipulation the impossible company to hold accountable and they will get away with they always do
I am unable to update the email address on my EA account because I no longer have access to the email currently on file. Although I can log into the account successfully, any attempt to update my information triggers two step verification and sends a security code to the inaccessible email address. I have contacted EA Support multiple times, but their "recovery" sends a 2 step verification to that same email I can't access.
EA’s support process appears designed to repeat scripted responses rather than actually solve problems. Customers should not have to open multiple cases, explain the same issue over and over, and still be left without a resolution.
This greedy company shoves micro transactions in every single product. The servers for EA FC are an actual joke on pc.
The game is actually unplayable, like actually, the servers are so bad I couldn't finish a game without disconnecting.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My EA account was hacked, and despite providing invoices, payment details, my billing address, EA Play Pro subscription, previous and current EA IDs, purchase history, and every piece of information I could remember, I still couldn’t recover my own account.
The support experience has been incredibly frustrating. Every new case starts from scratch, I have to answer the same questions repeatedly, and after hours of trying, I’m simply told that I’m “very close” or “quite close” without being told what information is actually preventing verification.
I understand the need for account security, but there should be a better process for legitimate account owners who can prove ownership through purchases and account history. Instead, it feels like you’re stuck in an endless loop of repeating the same information.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer support experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely hope no one else has to go through this
My game kept crashing every 10 minutes. Tried to contact customer support. Just made me talk to an AI chat bot that was truly useless. I asked to be connected to a human and it refused. There is literally no way to contact a human who works there to complain. I want my money back.
Extremely disappointing customer service. I contacted EA because I was unable to log back into an account I have had since the Origin days, but their support team was unable to help me regain access. As a result, I have lost access to more than 30 games connected to my account.
There is no clear email address available to contact a real person, and the “representatives” seem like bots following a script rather than actually reviewing the issue. I answered their questions and provided the requested information, yet they continued asking questions that had already been answered. The entire process was repetitive, frustrating, and unprofessional.
Instead of carefully reviewing my case and helping a longtime customer recover an account with over 30 purchased games, I received generic responses and no meaningful solution. EA needs to provide a direct way to contact a knowledgeable human representative and improve its account recovery process. Customers should not lose access to years of purchases simply because support refuses or is unable to properly investigate the issue.
What can we say for the worse multibillionaire gaming company in the world? from their games to their customer support, now hiding behind stupid AIs and frequently asked question method of replies, looking for support is like navigating through a maze without exit. Needless to say about the gambling way of payment in order to receive in game rewards, leading to people to wasting tons of money just to make their gaming experience better. Should really be investigated and controled over it. EA FC 26 was my last title. This is what it gets you when there is no real competition.
By far worst gaming company in the world
I've been a longtime fan of EA games, but recently they've dropped the ball. The latest update for one of my favorite titles completely altered gameplay mechanics, making it feel unbalanced. I expected patches to improve things, but this felt more like a step backward. To make matters worse, the response from customer service was slow and not very helpful. I appreciate their efforts, but the lack of communication left me frustrated. I hope they can get it together soon because I really want to enjoy these games again.
