Literally Non-Existent Customer Service
If there was a way to give 0/5 I F***ing would. I have a very simple issue, a super simple issue, my account email got deleted by Xfinity (it was one of the old comcast emails) and I cannot recover my account. Tell me why I am now on hour 2 of trying to resolve this issue. First and foremost the Initial articles could not assist me; not a real problem but this is where things get stupid. So it first sends me to an AI bot that needs me to repeat everything five times. When I finally get fed up and start typing in "Live Representative" it sends me to a chat that does not work. I look online for an email; nope! A phone number? Nope! The two pieces of advice I got from my internet search while waiting for an agent to message me back is "hit them up on twitter" and "use incognito mode". So I try to use incognito mode; NOPE! GOTTA LOGIN! So I make an account just to get assistance in icognito mode and still no service. I just need 5 minutes of help. Guess I can go f*** myself.
