Customers frequently complain about the lack of human support, noting that live chat agents and automated systems are completely unhelpful when trying to recover lost accounts. Many people also pointed out that getting help requires going through endless loops without ever reaching a real solution for their problems. Players expressed deep frustration regarding unexpected account bans, unfair game mechanics, and software application issues that disrupt their playtime.
Some reviewers were happy with older titles from the company, remembering enjoyable times playing previous versions of these popular video games. They appreciated the historical quality of these older releases before noticing a decline in recent years.

EA SPORTS FC26 is honestly one of the most frustrating football games I have ever played.
First of all, you have to spend ridiculous amounts of coins, points, and time just to get players, and most of the time the players you pack are completely useless. The rewards are terrible and it feels like the game is constantly pushing you to spend more just to stay competitive.
The Draft mode is equally bad. Every single draft feels exactly the same because the same players keep appearing over and over again. Where is the variety? There are hundreds of footballers in the game, yet somehow I end up choosing from the same handful every draft. It makes the mode boring, repetitive, and predictable.
Playing against the AI is even worse. The computer-controlled team is unrealistically overpowered. Their players move at impossible speeds and pressing them is almost impossible because they turn and accelerate like superheroes. The most ridiculous part is that whenever I score a goal, the AI suddenly becomes twice as fast and aggressive. It's like the game gets angry that I'm winning and decides to cheat.
To make matters worse, the gameplay constantly slows down at the worst moments. One second everything feels normal, the next the game is lagging and unresponsive while the AI continues playing at full speed. It creates the feeling that the game is actively working against the player rather than providing a fair football experience.
FC26 should be about skill and enjoyment, but instead it feels like an endless cycle of wasting resources on bad players, seeing the same draft picks repeatedly, and fighting against an AI that seems determined to ignore the laws of football and common sense.
Useless and rude customer service, that doesn't even exist when it comes to help people out
I'm talking about this as a Veteran Battlefield player, played them all and enjoyed the good ol` days unimpeded. Origin took over and immediately spun to consoles and the game suffered. These guys are where good game games die. Downhill after BF4 to BF1 and again to BF2025, BF2042 and now BF6. Remember the good ol` days, they don't care because they don't understand.
This IS THEN DAY THE MUSIC DIED. We can BRING IT BACK!
They know what Battlefield 6 needs, and yet they refuse to make the necessary changes months after launch due to greed. They're destroying gaming communities with this shit!
Absolutely awful service from community manager Jeff Braddock
Absolutely awful service. The community manager for the skate game (Jeffrey Braddockson) bullies community members, acts passive aggressive and under performs in duties. The skate 3 trophy for gone viral has been broken for over a year and the community manager blocks and silences any one that’s asks a question about if it will be fixed. Outrageous behaviour from someone whose job is to communicate with users. It’s counter-productive and creates barriers and distrust.
I am extremely disappointed with the way EA FC26 moderation and ban appeals are being handled.
I was banned despite having done nothing wrong, and no evidence has been provided to support the action taken against my account. It appears that moderators are making decisions without properly investigating the facts or understanding what actually occurred.
What makes the situation even worse is the appeal process. Customers are left waiting over 10 days for a response, if they receive one at all. During that time, there is little to no communication, leaving loyal players frustrated and ignored.
I have been a long-serving EA customer and have supported the franchise for years. Instead of being treated fairly, I have been penalized without proof and then left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for assistance. This level of aftercare and customer service is unacceptable for a company of EA's size.
Players deserve transparent moderation, evidence-based decisions, and timely responses to appeals. Banning customers without sufficient proof and then making them wait weeks for support only damages trust in the game and the company.
As a result of this experience, EA has lost a loyal customer. The current moderation and customer support system is simply not good enough and needs significant improvement.
I purchased a digital game from EA on 5/31/26 (Order #1006814838172), and the experience has been completely unacceptable.
The game shows up in my library, but there is no option to download it. I never received a download link, and despite honoring all of EA’s policies and agreements, I paid for a product they never delivered, which is theft.
The game is marked as eligible for a refund, but every attempt to request it sends me through a never-ending loop of sign-ins, verification codes, and redirects, making it impossible to actually complete the refund process.
I have tried contacting EA through chat, social media, and their own official contact forms, and every attempt just goes around in circles, with no access to a real human who can resolve the issue.
At this point, all of this looks like unfair business practices. EA has taken payment under contract and failed to deliver, and I have no way to get the refund they claim I am eligible for. Per EA’s own refund policy, games that have not been launched are eligible for a refund within 30 days. Not only has this game never been launched, it has never even been downloaded because there is nothing available to download.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, my next steps will include filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and my state’s Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, as well as pursuing remedies through my payment provider.
I paid for a game. I cannot download it. I cannot access it. I cannot successfully process the refund EA says I am eligible for. I want the product I purchased refunded in full.
Every time I enter a game made by EA I get bombarded with ads and micro transactions and they constantly send me notifications begging me to buy something or for me to claim the constant free rewards that get annoying after a while. They also ruined PVZ which was a Great game originally and now it's just a place to pay or die. And I can't believe Popcap said yes to the deal. EA is greedy as hell. And they love to make you pay. plus they ruined a remaster of PVZ1 with Ai and a billion bugs. oh and they fired the creator George Fan for not wanting pvz2 to be freemium. The godamn creator. WHY EA WHY!!!!!!!!!
Legitimately the WORST, most USELESS, game breaking app ever created. Absolutely pathetic. Does not work. Does not remember log in. Breaks my games. Takes hours for every single one of their never ending updates. This company couldnt be destroyed fast enough. Criminals.
I've been with EA for many many years and it's been the same issue of launching the EA app on the laptop even with the new stuff (used to be origin) then it takes at least 10 minutes of clicking restarting clicking restarting just to get the EA to launch it's been like this since it was origin. Still I'm loyal to EA as always I just wanna get into my stuff that's all.
I am extremely disappointed with Electronic Arts. Over the years, I purchased multiple games on my old EA account, but I lost access to it and was unable to recover it despite my efforts. As a result, I lost access to all the games I had paid for. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I was not offered a refund for the games I could no longer access. I spent a significant amount of money building my game library, only to lose everything because of an account issue.
The account recovery process was unhelpful in my case, and customer support did not provide a satisfactory solution. As a paying customer, I expected better support and more flexibility when dealing with account access problems.
Losing access to years of purchases and receiving no refund has left me with a very negative impression of EA. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services and hope they improve both their account recovery system and customer support.
I wish i could give 0 stars. The employees working at EA, is literally so bad at their jobs that, it's a surprise how they are even still working there, or actually working at all.
No way to contact their support, for a suspension (which is not for cheating, but something general) is a joke.
Disgusting EA.
Absolutely disgusted at how this company does not notify their customers about switching from Origin to EA app to play games from. All my games I've bought from them have disappeared from my game library. There is no contact details other than a stupid online bot chat with AI. I've raised to cases and both have been closed. Spent 45 minutes of my time in one case chat box trying to get my games back and the issue has still not been sorted when I am a loyal customer of over nearly 20 years. Having purchased every Sims 2 game ever made. Still having all the discs. Buying Sims 3 and multiple expansion packs. Only to now have NOTHING to play on EA app. The customer service for this company is diabolical. They don't even have one! Just AI chat bots. I asked multiple times for the complaints contact details and was sent back to the same website that I started at!! They don't even have numbers you can ring or an email address. What company doesn't have a complaints team! They steal your money and things you've bought and do not care about their loyal customers. WOULD NOT GIVE EA ANOTHER PENNY!! I might report to trading standards.
