Customer service doesn’t exist. There is no way to get help. The AI is utterly useless. I can’t log in to my account because the email it was created with no longer exists. If I try to retrieve my password with a phone number, it still tries to send an email. The AI just keeps asking for the email that doesn’t exist and will not let me speak to a human.

I have never seen a gaming app with bigger problems than the EA app. User comfort seems to be the least of the problems. The user interface is ugly, the programs/games need "Fixes" before working" (some functions you just cant "fix" at all, its a nightmare to use and its no wonder. This company doesnt do much good anymore. The next ea releases wont find my attention anymore.

I've been playing their games for 15+ years. Now, suddenly my gamertag is a problem. It's not even bad, it's just a creative play on words. But they keep banning me, and when I try to appeal the ban, nothing happens. I'm not even convinced a human reviews the appeal. Trash dev team. Every time EA buys a game, they ruin the game, and the community.

I have an Acer Aspire A7 with 8+8GB RAM and an RTX 3050 graphics card; while I can play games like *Alan Wake 2* and *NBA 2K26* without issues, I constantly experience FPS drops in *FC 26*. Whenever I try to get help, I just keep getting passed around to different representatives—don't buy games from EA.

I use to hate it when people used pirate games, that is in till the day I dealt with EA. I downloaded the game and everything was fine as it was installed, that is till I tried to launch the game. Every time I got a message that the game was all ready running. I uninstalled it and tried it again, I installed it on steam still nothing. I unstallled the game and the EA app and reinstalled. Then they ask to confirm that its me, that fine, and they would send a code to my email. After two hours I still did not get it, I ask to resent it till they said I tried to many time. I uninstalled it again and for the first time installed a pirate game. I got it with all the DLCs and it is working perfectly. I still dont like pirates but EA games I will pirate anytime. They ask a lot money for every little thing but have no surves

This is the worst company in gaming and entertainment. I actually thought it was a joke until I experienced it. These ivy league chuckleheads wouldnt understand a business plan without their accountant and a slideshow. They are running this company down and cant figure out what to do with a billion dollars other than piss it away on foolish internal behaviors that cost them more. They have alpha level talent in coding and game design, access to international multilevel marketing, etc, etc.... Yet, theyre still having issues. Instead of dealing with the malady, they go after the symptoms. They pay the poorly trained upper management bonuses for continuing to fail. Busted timelines? Bonus. Data breach? Bonus. Failed to complete assigned tasks? Bonus. Customer service, communications (I guess we don't have to understand the caller, just say things to them in your language until they learn or quit the call, good job.) How do you manage to go to college, work and train in an industry, get promoted into LEADERSHIP positions, get paid to manage others, and still be a walking, talking, mouth breathing air thief? EA does this every day.

Actual garbage I bought a game recently went to go login to EA to find out my account had been hacked. Started a chat to get my account back then after finally being able to login saw that my account had been banned while I was not even using the account and when the hackers email and information was in the account. I asked how do we fix this was told to open an appeal for the ban by the customer support representative meanwhile been waiting and saw that my appeal was denied what a waste of money

They don't give a shit about the players, they don't care about the games, they don't care about the employees, they don't care about wether it's polished or not, all they care about is the money that comes out of it. Everything, and I mean everything in their games have microtransactions, and it's infuriating, and the majority of the games aren't even free. Everything, from the F1 games, to the Battlefield series has been ruined by them, due to pure greed. EA, take your head out of your ass. (I bought F1 24, and I absoulutely hated the things they added. Absoulutely disgraceful.)
