Bad customer support
Bad customer support, their forum is useless. Games have very high prices. I recommend to avoid it !

Very bad "community"
This so called "community" was never build on the principle of charity, solidarity, free speech, kind attitude. It was built on the principle of hate, selfish behaviour, greed, arrogance and ignorance. Please do avoid it !
