This was by far the most valuable training experience I have participated in. Mr. Stephen Mercer is an outstanding instructor whose extensive expertise in project management was evident throughout the course. His professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to answer every question, including unconventional and challenging ones, created an engaging and supportive learning environment. What I appreciated most was his ability to connect theory with real-world experience by sharing practical insights and proven techniques. These examples helped reinforce key concepts and significantly increased my confidence as I prepare for the PMP certification exam. I intend to revisit the course materials, notes, and resources provided by Mr. Mercer and Gold Standard Certifications to further strengthen my preparation.
