The instructor was knowledgeable and explained the material well. However, since I am new to project management, I found the course to be very information,intensive, and it sometimes assumed prior knowledge of the concepts. I believe the training would be even more effective if it included more introductory explanations and practical examples using situations that most participants can easily relate to before moving into the more advanced topics. Those examples would make it easier for beginners to understand and apply the concepts.
Class was great. Very informative. Stephen Mercer is an excellent speaker. David Marcus was my contact for enrollment. He was quick to respond to my questions, and he was persistent with asking me to enroll. The enrollment process was easy to navigate through. Price for the 4-day course was right on the mark.

Good Material, Registration could use improvements
This was a good course, though it moved a little fast at times. I struggled a lot with the enrollment, as I was confirmed via email as enrolled when the class had to be rescheduled, and was not. I thereby missed some of the first class and had to catch up. Overall good experience in terms of learning, but a lot of logistical troubles and delays in the process.
This was a great experience that I would recommend. The prompts were easy-to-use communications from start to finish, from Gold Standard. Stephen kept the class engaged and definitely gave us the tools to take the test. Hoping for the best on the test, with much more studying to come!
Mr. Mercer is very knowledge and shared a great wealthy of experience with the class. Worth taking the class to learn in depth about Lean Six Sigma. Registration for the class was easy as well.
The materials are excellent. I really liked the interaction with practice questions, exercises and group break out. The instructor and admissions personnel were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely take more classes.
Loved this class and got a lot out of it, the content is genuinely helpful and I'd recommend it.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason: student involvement. I wish I'd had more chances to actually apply what I was learning. There were activities, but I'd have gotten more out of a homework component, problems that take longer than five minutes. For example, break down a real process, identify the bottleneck and work out what could be done to fix it. If you're not familiar with the process, go do your own research. That kind of assignment forces you to use the tools instead of just recognizing them.
Application matters a lot for this material. Add that piece, and it's a 5-star course.
